Imagine this scenario:

• • A sales person is up against stiff competition, and doesn’t even know who the the competition is.
  • The sales person cannot compete on Features and Benefits because the competition has nearly identical Features and Benefits.
  • The sales person cannot compete on price because price is not an issue for the buyer.

So how does this sales person compete?  

The sales person will win the sale based on relationship.
